Return & Refund Policy

Overview

At Sauce Drip, we stand behind every pair we sell. We deal in authentic, heat sneakers — and we want you to shop with confidence. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing your order, as the resale nature of our business means certain conditions apply.

Return Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

• Item must be returned within 7 days of confirmed delivery.

• Sneakers must be unworn, unaltered, and in original condition.

• All original packaging, tags, tissue paper, and accessories must be included.

• Shoes must show no signs of wear on the outsole, upper, or insole.

• Item must not have been worn outdoors or used in any way.

Returns that do not meet these conditions will be rejected and sent back at the buyer’s expense.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Items marked as “Final Sale” or “All Sales Final” at checkout.

• Limited edition or highly sought-after releases (e.g., Jordan 1 Retros, Yeezys, NB 550s).

• Pre-owned, vintage, or deadstock sneakers listed as-is.

• Items purchased during promotional events or flash sales.

• Gift cards.

Refund Process

Step 1 — Initiate Your Return

Email us at saucdriptwok26@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number, reason for return, and photos of the item and box.

Step 2 — Approval

Our team will review your request within 2 business days. If approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return shipping instructions.

Step 3 — Ship It Back

Pack the sneakers securely in their original box. Write your RMA number on the outside of the shipping package. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item sent, item arrived damaged).

Step 4 — Refund Issued

Once we receive and inspect the return (typically 2–3 business days), we will issue your refund. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges due to limited inventory and the fast-moving nature of sneaker resale. If you need a different size or colorway, please return your item (subject to eligibility above) and place a new order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged item or the wrong pair entirely, we sincerely apologize. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at saucdriptwok26@gmail.com with:

• Your order number

• Clear photos of the item, the box, and the shipping label

In these cases, we will cover return shipping and issue a full refund or send the correct item at no additional cost.

Authenticity Guarantee

Every sneaker sold through Sauce Drip is 100% authentic. We personally verify each pair before shipping. If you have concerns about authenticity, contact us and we will work with you to resolve the issue, including third-party authentication if necessary.
