Shipping Policy

Overview

At Sauce Drip, we ship every order with care. Each pair is carefully inspected, packaged, and dispatched from the San Francisco Bay Area. Please review our shipping policy before placing your order.

 

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

Processing Time: 1–3 business days

Order Cutoff: Orders placed before 5:00 PM PST are prioritized for same-day processing

Business Days: Monday – Sunday, 7:00 AM – 11:30 PM PST

 

Domestic Shipping (USA)

We ship to all 50 U.S. states. Shipping options and estimated delivery times are as follows:

Standard Shipping: 1–2 weeks

 

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Free standard shipping is available on orders over $150.

 

International Shipping

Sauce Drip currently ships to select international destinations. International shipping rates and delivery times vary by country and are calculated at checkout.

Estimated Delivery: 7–21 business days depending on destination

Customs & Duties: The buyer is responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by their country

 

Please note: Sauce Drip is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance processes.

 

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package directly on the carrier’s website.

Tracking emails are sent within 24 hours of shipment.
Allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after receiving your email.

Packaging

Every pair is shipped in its original sneaker box, securely packed inside a shipping box or poly mailer to protect the shoes during transit. We take extra care to ensure your order arrives in the same condition it left us.

 

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Sauce Drip is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery. If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package:

Check with neighbors or building management.
Contact the carrier directly with your tracking number.
Email us at saucdriptwok26@gmail.com — we will do our best to assist.

 

For packages confirmed lost in transit by the carrier, we will work with you to file a claim and find a resolution.

 

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Sauce Drip is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If you notice an error immediately after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible at saucdriptwok26@gmail.com and we will attempt to correct it before shipment.
